Actors Fawad Khan and Mehwish Hayat, who earlier confirmed their presence in Miss Marvel movie, are all set to play the great grandparents of the main character in the movie.
The duo will play Hassan and Aisha, the great grandparents of Kamala Khan. They will portray characters from the pre-partition era and what happened during that time will probably be a part of their story.
According to some sources, Kamala Khan’s grandparent’s role comes up in a flashback scene and that is where the audience will probably spot the stars.

Besides Khan and Hayat, Pakistani-Canadian actor Iman Vellani will essay the role of Ms. Marvel aka Kamala Khan in the series. The series will be helmed by Sharmeen Obaid-Chinoy, Meera Menon, Bilall Fallah, and Adil El Arbi.
The cast also includes Aramis Knight, Matt Lintz, Saagar Shaikh, Rish Shah, Zenobia Shroff, Mohan Kapur, Yasmeen Fletcher, Laith Naki, Azhar Usman, Travina Springer, and Nimra Bucha. Ms Marvel, which is a part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe’s Phase 4, will premiere on Disney+ in the summer of 2022.
