RAWALPINDI: The district police today (Monday) have arrested a man for allegedly attempting to sexually assault a 14-year-old girl in Rawalpindi.
According to details, the arrest of the accused was made within the limits of Banni police station in Rawalpindi. The district police took action on the complaint of the victim’s father.
A police spokesperson has informed that a case has been registered against the arrested accused under strict provisions. The victim’s father has appealed to the higher authorities to take strict action against the accused.

Earlier today (Monday), a married woman was allegedly raped by her father-in-law’s brother in the Adhwal area of Rawalpindi.
According to details, the incident occurred within the limits of the Chauntra police station in Rawalpindi. The district police have registered a case against the accused under the provisions of 957/376.
