LAHORE: Shahbaz Sharif’s sister’s son-in-law along with his brother opened fire on Mian Aslam Bashir’s house, injuring several guards and shattering car windows in the garage.
According to details, PML-N President Shehbaz Sharif’s sister’s son-in-law Furqan Idrees along with his brother Umar Idrees, while intoxicated, opened fire indiscriminately at the house of their neighbor Mian Aslam Bashir.
According to Mian Aslam Bashir, the incident took place at 2:00 am and the whole family was sleeping when they heard the firing. “Furqan Idrees and Omar Idrees along with their friends were firing at our house and were constantly threatening us,” he added.
In this regard, Mian Aslam Bashir immediately called the police, however, the suspects fled away from the scene. The district police have registered a case against the persons involved in the firing.
Mian Aslam Bashir further claimed that this was not the first incident. “During Shahbaz Sharif’s rule several times such incidents had taken place,” he claimed.
The victim has appealed to Prime Minister Imran Khan, Chief Minister Usman Buzdar, and the Police Chief to take action against the people involved in the incident.
