Renowned Italian social media influencer Damiano Alberti has died at the age of 23 after a long battle with cancer.
His family confirmed his death in a message on social media.
In a brief but emotional statement released on Instagram on February 16, the family wrote in short but emotional words that a part of us has left us forever; Damiano is now free from all the suffering he was going through.
The family also thanked all the fans and supporters who stood by him during this difficult journey.

In May 2023, he announced that he had been diagnosed with a malignant tumor (cancer) in his leg. He openly told fans why he was taking a break from social media for a while.
He admitted that this news was very heavy for him, but he was trying to stay optimistic and was starting treatment under the supervision of expert doctors. I am ready to face this phase, overcome it in the best way and return to you all again.
