Gold prices in Pakistan fell on Friday, tracking losses in the international market. In the domestic market, the price of gold per tola dropped by Rs8,600 to settle at Rs519,962.
Likewise, the price of 10 grams of gold declined by Rs7,373, bringing it down to Rs445,783, according to figures released by the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewelers Sarafa Association (APGJSA).
A day earlier, on Thursday, the price of gold per tola had risen by Rs2,700 to reach Rs446,862.

Globally, gold prices decreased by $86 per ounce, closing at $4,972, which includes a $20 premium.
Meanwhile, silver prices also saw a drop of Rs501, settling at Rs8,324 per tola.
