The Federal Public Service Commission (FPSC) has approved the induction of ten officers from Pakistan’s armed forces into various cadres of the civil service.
According to an official notification, five officers have been placed in the Pakistan Administrative Service (PAS), three in the Police Service of Pakistan (PSP), and two in the Foreign Service of Pakistan (FSP) after successfully completing the FPSC’s psychological and viva voce evaluations, The News reported on Thursday.
The newly inducted officers include seven from the Pakistan Army, two from the Pakistan Air Force, and one from the Pakistan Navy.
Those joining the Foreign Service are Capt Yasir Hameed and Capt Zohaib Nasir. The Police Service will now include Capt Hamza Tahir Shah, Capt Imtiaz Hussain, and Capt Muhammad Bilal Khan Wazir.
The Pakistan Administrative Service has inducted Capt Syed Abdul Rehman Bin Qasim, Capt Syed Muhammad Umar Shah, Flight Lt Talha Hasib, Lt Muhammad Arslan Shakeel, and Lt Muhammad Ali Hamad.
