KARACHI: Actress Hira Soomro has revealed in a recent podcast that the presence of supernatural beings (jinns) in Naran is not a myth but something she personally experienced.
During the conversation, Hira Soomro swore that she firmly believes “jinns do exist in Naran”, adding that “the place has a heavy, eerie atmosphere.”
The actress recalled an incident, saying, “I was staying at a hotel in Naran where the door kept opening and closing on its own.”
She further explained that most hotels in Naran don’t have ceiling fans, so every sound is clearly audible.
“Twice, I heard the toilet flush on its own—there was no one inside, yet the sound was crystal clear,” she added.
Hira Soomro’s claims have stirred a new debate on social media, with some users taking her experience seriously while others dismissed it as mere imagination or an attempt to dramatize an ordinary event.
