In the China Scheme area of Lahore, a woman named Jannat was subjected to extreme brutality and violence by her husband, Usman, and his family.
This 13-year marriage resulted in two children: a 7-year-old son and an 8-month-old daughter, but the story of this household has become a shame for humanity.
According to sources, about a year ago, Usman released a snake on his wife so that she would die because he wanted to marry another woman.
Jannat had only said, “First meet our expenses, then do as you see fit,” but this sentence became a catastrophe for her.
Usman kept spending money on the girl he liked, while he did not even provide basic necessities for Jannat and the children. On October 8, 2025, Usman called his sisters and their husbands to the house. When the topic of a second marriage came up again, Jannat said, “First improve our situation.”
Hearing this, Usman flew into a rage and began savagely assaulting Jannat. He hit her head with sticks, broke her bones, first forced himself on her publicly, and then had his sisters’ husbands gang-rape her.
Usman’s sisters, their husbands, and his parents also participated in the violence. Jannat’s 7-year-old son witnessed this entire scene with his own eyes. When Jannat lost consciousness, Usman took her to the hospital and lied, saying she had been in an accident.
When the doctors examined Jannat, they were shocked to see clear signs of violence on her body. Further investigation revealed that Jannat had also been gang-raped.
The doctors managed to stabilize her breathing through their efforts; however, she is still battling for her life. Jannat cannot speak, she can only hear.
When Usman became convinced that Jannat would not survive, he fled the hospital. Subsequently, Jannat’s parents immediately registered a case against Usman and his entire family, after which the police arrested Usman.
