After nearly ten years of silence, Bollywood actor Salman Khan and singer Arijit Singh have finally reconciled، as reported by Indian media.
According to details, During the latest ‘Weekend Ka Vaar’ episode of Bigg Boss 19, Salman publicly addressed their long-standing rift, calling Arijit a “good friend” and confirming that the two are once again on cordial terms — even hinting at a new musical collaboration.
The feud reportedly began in 2014 at an award ceremony when Salman jokingly asked Arijit, “So gaye the?” (“Were you asleep?”). Arijit’s light-hearted response — “Aap logon ne sula diya yaar” (“You all put me to sleep”) — was perceived as disrespectful, leading to years of tension. Rumors later suggested that Arijit’s songs were removed from Salman’s films, despite multiple attempts by the singer to apologize.
In a past social media post, Arijit had expressed remorse, writing, “I never insulted you… I tried so many times to apologize. Please don’t remove the song I sang for Sultan. Let me retire with that song in my library.”
With their reconciliation now public, fans are eagerly anticipating what the duo’s renewed partnership will bring to Bollywood music.
