The Vice Chancellor, Dr. Ramzan Gujar, named in the obscene video scandal, resigned from his position after the release of inappropriate videos. Dr. Ramzan Gujar faced severe criticism following the emergence of an alleged sex video.
According to a social media post, Dr. Ramzan Gujar had served as Vice Chancellor at Emerson University Multan for nearly four years. He formally submitted his resignation today.
It should be noted that Dr. Ramzan Gujar’s video was recently leaked, in which he was allegedly involved in unnatural acts with his cook, Ejaz Hussain, who had made the leaked video.
In his video statement, the cook, Ejaz Hussain, claimed that four months ago, during Ramadan, after Iftar at 11 PM, Dr. Ramzan engaged in unnatural acts with him. When he pleaded, saying, “Let the holy month of Ramadan pass first,” Dr. Ramzan allegedly replied, “Now you make your daughter’s mind ready.”

The cook stated that he decided to expose Dr. Ramzan. He further said that his elder daughter’s classmate and friend used to come to their house to play.
The cook said that once Dr. Ramzan saw the girl, he started forcing them, saying, “Prepare the mind of this girl; I will give you money, or else leave from here.”
Ejaz Hussain stated that he was compelled to make the video due to repeated threats, even though he knew it would also tarnish his own reputation.
On the other hand, the Punjab Higher Education Department (HED) has rejected the resignation of vice chancellor, Dr Ramzan Gujjar, following allegations linked to a purported video scandal and irregular appointments. An inquiry committee constituted by the Punjab government visited Multan to probe the matter.
During its visit to Emerson University, the committee also reviewed the records. Dr. Gujjar had tendered his resignation following the circulation of an alleged inappropriate video, including a one-month notice period, and had requested one month of leave from the Governor of Punjab.
