According to the report, the Ministry of Interior has given the action plan for the return of Afghan citizens to the provinces. Biometric verification has been declared mandatory for citizens returning to Afghanistan.
Provincial governments and security agencies have mapped POR card holders, while district and provincial committees have been formed and linked with the central control room. Transit areas for Afghan nationals and a transport plan have also been prepared.
According to the report, after August 31, NADRA will end the registration of those returning to Afghanistan. FIA will provide facilitation for return at the nominated border crossing points. The Foreign National Security Dashboard will monitor the return of Afghan POR card holders.
