The National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency arrested popular YouTuber Saad ur Rehman, widely known as Ducky Bhai, on Sunday.
According to media reports, he was taken into custody at Lahore Airport, where authorities had been monitoring his movements. An investigation against him is currently underway.
Sources within the National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency confirmed that Ducky Bhai’s name appears on the Provisional National Identification List (PNIL) and that he is under investigation for multiple charges.
Officials further stated that he had allegedly attempted to leave the country to evade ongoing legal proceedings, but was intercepted at the airport after his name was flagged on the PNIL.
This incident follows a previous one earlier in 2024, when Ducky Bhai and his wife, Aroob Jatoi, were briefly detained by CIA police in Lahore’s Model Town after displaying a firearm in a social media video.
