Alleged leaked documents from India’s notorious intelligence agency, RAW—widely regarded as a symbol of targeted killings, sabotage, and state-sponsored terrorism—have exposed plans for another false flag operation against Pakistan.
These classified documents outline a broad and dangerous strategy, codenamed “Project E322,” which includes serious allegations such as false flag operations, staged attacks, infiltration into Azad Kashmir, plans to annul the Indus Waters Treaty, and connections with Baloch militant groups.
According to the leaks, India planned a staged attack in the Pahalgam area of Indian-occupied Kashmir. The attack was to be portrayed as an act of terrorism in order to falsely implicate Pakistan. Both civilians and military installations were intended targets, with the objective of misleading the international community.
To reinforce this false narrative, materials written in Urdu, fabricated phone records, and Pakistani-manufactured bullet casings were allegedly to be planted at the scene, creating the impression of involvement by Pakistan-backed organizations.
The operation was reportedly timed to coincide with a visit to India by U.S. Vice President JD Vance, aiming to draw international attention to the situation in Jammu and Kashmir and to justify potential Indian military action.
The leaked documents further claim that Indian Special Forces were instructed to cross approximately 1.5 kilometers into Azad Kashmir to establish a temporary occupation. The plan included the deployment of advanced military equipment, such as T-90 tanks, modern radar systems, artillery, and high-speed communication technologies.
The documents also suggest that India was preparing to unilaterally revoke the Indus Waters Treaty as a means to exert pressure on Pakistan along the eastern border, thereby escalating regional tensions and fostering a war-like environment.
Moreover, the documents reveal alleged connections between RAW and Baloch separatist groups, including the Balochistan Liberation Army and the Balochistan National Army. These ties reportedly facilitated plans to carry out attacks on Sui gas facilities, sensitive installations, and military convoys within Balochistan.
