KARACHI: Pakistan Sindh Rangers on Friday conducted operations in different parts of the metropolis and apprehended 11 suspects.
According to a statement issued by Rangers officials, the paramilitary force carried intelligence-based raids including, Malir, Shareefabad, Baldia town, Saeedabad, Awami Colony, Ducks and Shershah areas.
The rangers’ teams arrested 11 suspects, Muhammad Yaseen, Shaan, Gulzar, Rehmatullah, Naveed, Muhammad Haneef, Amjad, Muhammad Hussain, Abdul Hafiz, Jalil and Mehboob Ali.
The statement further said that the accused were allegedly involved in murder and attempted murder, drug peddling and street crimes. The Rangers also claimed to have recovered weapons, stolen goods and drugs from their possession.
All detainees were handed over to the local police for further legal process said the statement.
