India’s inhuman persecution and violation of international laws

Ambassador Dr. Jamil by Ambassador Dr. Jamil

The identity of India as a secular state has been badly distorted with the passage of time, the elites of India declared it as a secular state in the constitution, but after the arrival of Narendra Modi into power, the secular pot of India has been broken.

With the blessings of Narendra Modi, the Hindutva agenda of the RSS is causing disrepute for India all over the world and the serious circles of India themselves are very upset with this changing scenario and Mahatma Gandhi’s grandson Tushar Arun Gandhi is also saddened by the hostility towards minorities and Muslims and the humanitarian atrocities in Kashmir.

RSS’s fire to burn Muslims is consuming Indian society along with religious minorities. And they are making detailed reports and films on humanitarian atrocities, but the biased Indian government is not ready to miss this.

While American organizations are highlighting the inhumane treatment in India, the US government’s disregard for geopolitical interest is very sad. One of the reasons for this is that America’s interests in the region are linked to India and if America breaks its silence on India’s atrocities, it may lose New Delhi’s support, which is not in the US’s interest.

To stop China’s influence in the region, the US is turning a blind eye to all kinds of human rights violations by India. This is the reason why America is not ready to open its eyes even to the report of serious violations of human rights regarding international religious freedom.

The RSS-backed Modi revealed his nefarious intentions in 2015, a year after coming to power in 2014, by building a temple in the name of Mahatma Gandhi’s assassin Nathuram, after which endless series of militant activities by the SS began.

Now the seriousness of the situation should be realized from here that the Indian nation considers the person as its spiritual father, building a temple and naming the highway after the killer of Mahatma Gandhi is tantamount to dividing the society.

Even before the Modi government, unfair treatment of Muslims was common in India, but in the Modi era, the way RSS goons and terrorists have government patronage, this has not been seen in any other era. This was the point from which the people of different religions living in India could see some ray of hope but in the era of RSS every section living in India is in deep fear.

Indian society is divided due to the hateful policies of the Modi government and the intellectuals and the secular classes are getting very frustrated due to the changing scenario of the country but it seems that the Modi government is not concerned about the atmosphere of fear spread in the country.

The worrisome thing is that the Indian government is openly supporting the propagation of hate agenda in the state and dozens of anti-Islam rallies are being held in Maharashtra to incite people against Islam and Muslims, seeds of hatred are being sown in innocent minds. , the poison of hate is being diluted in daily life and all this is happening under the government’s patronage.

The state institutions, courts and police are also playing the role of Modi government and RSS to crush the religious minorities and the shameful thing is that around 10 to 12 thousand people participated in the anti-Islamic rallies in Maharashtra. Police personnel are there to support the miscreants.

The cruelty in India is sad not only for Muslims but for the entire humanity, but it seems that even the painful cries of millions of people are not enough to wake up the sleeping conscience of the nations and the flouting of international laws by India. Its precedent is not found anywhere in the world.

Pakistan alone may not be able to do what is the need of the hour for Muslims who are victims of oppression and brutality in occupied Kashmir and India, but if the United Nations and especially the Muslim Ummah raise their voice from the platform of OIC, it is possible that the United Nations and the conscience of the international community should wake up and after waking up from the slumber, it is possible that they will see the glimmers of humanity in India.

In the past it may have been possible to resolve issues through war and force, but in modern times, all issues can be resolved through dialogue, and diplomacy is the most important factor for this. Better results are possible if the whole world is informed through diplomacy and especially if the issue of inhuman atrocities in India is raised among the people of these countries.

If RSS and Narendra Modi think that the fire set to burn the Muslims will only burn the Muslims, then it may be their delusion because this fire in the house is reaching the rest of the country apart from the minorities. And even Hindus are not safe from its. It seems that very soon this fire will engulf Indian society.

The silence and indifference of the international community is a threat not only to the peace of India but also to the peace of the whole world, because the world will not be safe from chaos in a country with a population of about one and a half billion, and those who turn a blind eye to the violations of humanity today will bear the burden of tomorrow. Will be forced.

It is not easy to ignore the voice of the people in western society, and for this, the voice of the Muslims of Kashmir and India should be expressed in every forum of the world, so that the voice of the whole world can be heard. It should be spread in the world so that the civilized world can see the true face of India hidden behind the cloak of a secular state.
