MUMBAI: An Indian citizen, Faizan Ansari is reported to have become first Indian to perform Nikah without a girl with ‘Mera Dil Ye Pukarre’ fame Pakistani girl Ayesha.
According to Indian media reports, the alleged marriage took place without consent and presence of Ayesha by any means. Faizan is reported to have completed all the formalities, including registration of his marriage with Ayesha in a local court, but the entire side of groom didn’t have any knowledge about what was the response from the other side (Ayesha’s family).
It may be recalled that Faizan had claimed few days back that his team was talking to Ayesha’s team and he would be going to Pakistan soon. Talking to his fans, Faizan said ‘I have become mad and deewna after watching her video, I have decided to give him a mehar of 15 lakh rupees. All the formalities have been completed from my side. I am just waiting for the government to get the green signal for essential things like visa.”
After the alleged marriage/Nikah ceremony, Faizan while talking to the media said, ‘I have to marry Ayesha. The case has reached Bandra Court. I completed some rituals after wearing a designer Sherwani of Rs 12 lakh for Nikah. My God is with me. Now it has become difficult to wait.”
