Bollywood did it again. It does not stop when it comes to copying Pakistani songs and now they have copied Call band’s hit song Laree Choote. But people from both countries criticized the recently released Bollywood song ‘Kesariya’ calling it a copy of Pakistani band Call’s ‘Laree Chootee’.
The chorus of the song Kesariya from the upcoming Bollywood movie Brahmastra is strikingly similar to that of the Pakistani melody.

When the full song was out, there was instant reaction as people noticed that the tune sounded all too familiar.
Absolutely ridiculous that Bollywood has banned Pakistani artists but keeps ripping off their music without credit them. Music of Brahmastra song #Kesariya seems to have ripped off Call The Band song #LaareeChootee

They found the tune in Call’s ‘Laree Chootee’, released in 2011 and started sharing the songs side by side, pointing out that it has been copied.

When you realise that love storiya is not the worst part about kesariya tera, it is the fact that the music has been blatantly copied from laaree chhootte 🙂#Kesariya #LoveStoriya #Pritam #Bhramastra

It is pertinent to mention that the Bollywood film JugJugg Jeeyo stirred controversy when singer Abrar-ul-Haq’s song Nach Punjaban was featured in its trailer.
The singer had criticized Karan Johar after the trailer, which featured the song, made rounds on social media platforms.
