The wait is finally going to be over as KGF – Chapter 2 (Hindi) is set to take a massive opening on its Thursday release tomorrow.
It has been over two and a half years since a Hindi film took an opening of over Rs. 50 crores at the box office. The film has seen some of the best hype for a film ever since its announcement and the best part is that it has not been induced but instead organic.
While the makers have done well to mount the film on a massive scale and done the kind of pre-release marketing and promotion that has made the film hot, the audience’s love for Yash has been such as well that they have been waiting to catch this one on the big screen.
At the time of the promo release, it was apparent that the film would take a start of Rs. 30-35 crores at least. However, the advance booking reports suggest that 40 crores is a given and with some push, even a Rs. 45-50 crores start is a possibility.

K.G.F: Chapter 1 is a 2018 Indian Kannada-language period action film which is written and directed by Prashanth Neel, and produced by Vijay Kiragandur.
The film features Yash as Rocky while Ramachandra Raju features as Garuda. Anant Nag narrates the film, while Srinidhi Shetty, Vasishta N. Simha, Achyuth Kumar, and Malavika Avinash appear in supporting roles.
