Many social media users mocked Muzzammil Aslam that Pakistan’s economy is facing problems and Aslam is busy eating nuts. In this regard, Journalist Amber Rahim Shamsi addressed the moment and wrote, “Pakistan: a tragicomedy in one day,” Shamsi stated by adding that the day culminated in the finance ministry spokesperson munching on what appears to be some nuts, amid a discussion on Geo News program “Naya Pakistan” about the country’s economic blowout.

Twitter users bashed the spokesperson over his non-seriousness attitude amid a serious debate. “It’s such an awkward and ill-mannered sight,” one user wrote.”
On other hand, the spokesperson in his defense of criticism said that a person can drink tea during a live show but cannot eat something.
