Director Wajahat Rauf, who has given us films like ‘Karachi Se Lahore’ has expressed disappointment at the cinemas for not screening ‘The Legend Of Maula Jatt’.
The Chhalawa producer took to Instagram and ranted about the current situation of Pakistanis cinemas not screening Fawad Khan starrer.

According to him, the act is bizarre and cruel. “While government and opposition are busy throwing mud at each other with obviously no interest in the arts,” he said. According to Rauf, our cinema will die a second time if not regulated immediately.
Releaed on October 13, the exceptional adrenaline-filled action movie which is directed by Bilal Lashari has collected 4.9 crores domestically and 4.4 internationally on its first day.
Film analysts expect the movie would cross the 50 crore mark in its opening week. The film stars Fawad Khan as the titular character with Hamza Ali Abbasi, Mahira Khan, Humaima Malik, Gohar Rasheed, and Faris Shafi.
